Receiving Your Lab Work

Lab Results

If you have had blood work done, our clinical staff will contact you once the results have been reviewed by your provider. For quick turnaround, you may request lab results through the Patient Portal by sending a message to the nurse. You will receive a message with instructions and lab results as well.

If you do not have access to the Patient Portal, you may call the main line at 478-741-1208 and request access to the Patient Portal.

You may also call our main line and press 4 for the nurse line when prompted. You will then select your provider and you will be connected to a clinical staff member who can assist you.

Be ready with the following information:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Phone number
  • Date of test
  • Location where test was performed
  • Name of your cardiology provider

We pride ourselves in returning all calls on the same day. If your request is made after 4:00 pm, we will return your call the following business day.

When your call is received, our clinical staff will review your records and let you know if your results are ready and if the provider has reviewed them. They will also be happy to provide you with copies of your results if you have already reviewed them with your doctor.
