Dr. Wendell K Ellis, MD joined the practice in 2009. He is fellowship trained and board certified in general and interventional cardiology and internal medicine. He specializes in advanced cardiac interventions, in cardiac angiography and stent placement. He performs transesophageal echocardiography that uses targeted sound waves to view the heart. At the Central Georgia Vein Center, Dr. Ellis performs in office minimally invasive procedures used to remove varicose veins on the surface of the legs.
