Using The Patient Portal
If you are in need of a prescription refill, we strongly encourage you to us our Patient Portal for quick turnaround.
To access the Portal go to https://centralgeorgiaheart.myezyaccess.com.
Give Us A Call
If you do not have access to the Patient Portal, you may call the main line at 478-741-1208 and request access to the Patient Portal.
In addition, you may call your pharmacy directly and request a refill.
We also will be happy to call in your refill request to your pharmacy of choice. Please call 478-741-1208 and press option 4 for the nurse line. Select your provider and you will be directed to a clinical staff who will help you.
Please Have the following information ready:
- Date of Birth
- Pharmacy name
Our clinical staff will call in your refill by 4:00 pm that same day. If you call after 4:00 pm, your prescription will not be called in until the following day. Please note that if you call during nights or weekends, your refill will not be called in until Monday. For weekend or after hours
requests, you may call your pharmacist and request an emergency supply or call our main line at 478-741-1208 and press option 1 for the night answering service.
For your safety, telephone authorizations for all controlled substances are prohibited. Federal law mandates prescriptions for these medications must be hand written by your doctor.
