Referring Providers

For more than 30 years, Central Georgia Heart Center has provided personalized, high-quality and positive outcome-driven cardiovascular healthcare throughout Central Georgia.  We highly value our referring physicians and other providers and recognize that your patients and our patients benefit from timely and efficient service.  Serving you and our patients is our top priority.

We try to accommodate patient referrals for routine consultations within ten working days. Urgent consultations will be seen within 72 hours.  In case of an emergency evaluation that must be seen within 24 hours or on the same day of the referral, please contact our office immediately.  As a general rule, any patients needing stress testing, whether it is an exercise stress test,  echocardiography stress testing or PET or SPECT imaging, an initial evaluation may be scheduled by referring physician’s staff by calling 478-741-1208.
